IVF Receptionist Lister Fertility Clinic, The Lister Hospital, Chelsea Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, 09.30 – 17.30, plus every 2nd Saturday, 0800 - 1400 Permanent Competitive salary depending on experience We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our Lister Fertility Clinic based at The Lister Hospital. You will provide a professional, efficient and friendly service to Patients, Visitors, Consultants and Colleagues, ensuring that Standards and Procedures are maintained to the highest level. You will also maintain the smooth running of the daily consultation clinic, co-ordinating patient flow from waiting area in relation to their activities Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. What you’ll do: Acting as Receptionist, receiving and greeting patients and visitors, the announcement of patients to consultants, making sure new patients have carried out any test they may need before hand. Co-ordinating patient flow from waiting area in relation to their activities, directing or escorting patients to consultation rooms, scan rooms and to any other department within the hospital as necessary, generally ensuring the smooth-running of the clinics Management and organisation of daily clinics Responsible for obtaining Credit/Debit Card tokens from patients scheduled for New patient and Follow up appointments when they attend the unit Responsible for the registering of new patients, and changing existing patients' details on the Meditech and Meditex computer systems. Keeping waiting patients informed of any delays on a regular basis To place weekend catering orders on Synbiotix with the hospitality team for staff on duty on the weekends To inform the laboratory of any blood samples requiring collection Ensuring that all documentations are filed appropriately in patients file To carry out any other reasonable task as required by a member of Management What you’ll bring: Previous Receptionist experience, within a healthcare setting Receptionist experience within IVF is desirable Computer literate Excellent communication skills Why HCA UK?
