Main duties of the job
The post holder will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the South Tyneside & Sunderland local delivery team, working with colleagues across the NENC ICB, ensuring deadlines are achieved within a constantly changing workload.

Job responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for general administrative duties including but not limited to maintaining databases, diary management, typing correspondence, printing, note/minute taking, records management, room booking, and meeting/event arrangements including collation and distribution of meeting papers.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* RSA/NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant experience
* Significant business support level experience and acquired knowledge of relevant processes or procedures
* Significant experience of providing project/business level support
* Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office package including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and One Note
* Experience with project-based software packages
* Experience with Microsoft Project

* Experience of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
