On completion of training, it will increase to £17 per hour (from September) We’ll also pay for all your training costs to achieve a recognised national qualification in Passenger Transport and your PCV licence, worth around £4,000. 3. More About The Role On completion of training, you will be driving one of the school’s morning and afternoon bus routes. You will be responsible for the basic cleanliness and presentation of your vehicle, ensuring our young passengers have a safe and clean environment to travel The role is a permanent, school term-time, Monday to Friday role. You’ll get 5.6 weeks holiday (including statutory Bank Holidays) to be taken during school holidays. Guaranteed 25 hours per week, 20 hour contracts can be arranged if required Applicants will be required to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), which Stagecoach will pay for in full.
