We’re partnering with a prestigious luxury retailer to recruit an HR Business Partner. This company boasts a portfolio of renowned brands, widely recognised as market leaders. They are known for their quality products, precision and design. As an HR Business Partner, you will support senior leaders across the customer contact team and repair centre. You will be providing 360 HR alongside strategic HR guidance. Your responsibilities will include recruitment, ER, talent development, and succession planning. There are some ongoing projects which you will be heavily involved with and some that you will drive. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager with a strong generalist HR background, ideally within a retail environment. You should have hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning, spanning all levels from shop floor to senior management. Strong knowledge of employment law and experience managing ER casework is essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
