Description Job Purpose: Support the Middle Office by overseeing and monitoring Front Office controls. Key Responsibilities: Conduct file and activity reviews on Front Office teams to ensure effective risk controls and processes. Collate and evaluate management information (MI) from various sources to oversee Front Office teams and escalate concerns to line management. Analyse and review data for trend reporting. Present review outcomes clearly and understandably. Recommend improvements to processes and working methods based on monitoring outputs. Review and understand department policies and procedures. Produce reports from key governance and oversight processes, including root cause analyses. Resolve department audit points. Manage team communications and the team inbox. Qualifications & Experience: Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, including Maths and English. Knowledge of financial/professional service organisations is beneficial. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel is advantageous. Experience interacting with all levels of an organisation. Teamwork experience. Experience producing management information and reports. Knowledge & Skills: Methodical and organised approach to work. Strong understanding of financial services systems (e.g., CRM, JHC Figaro, BITA). Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to meet deadlines with tenacity. Attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Articulate and diplomatic. Strong written and report writing skills. Resilient and calm under pressure. Good time management skills.
