We are looking for a person to be part of a small team providing the highest level of customer service to bereaved families, visitors and stakeholders alike.
The main duties and responsibilities of the post include liasing with funeral directors, officiants, and families to ensure that cremation services are carried out in accordance with families instructions and to the standards set by the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Managements Charter for the Bereaved.
The successful person will need to be well presented, have excellent inter-personal skills as well as a highly flexible and organised approach for the role at hand. You will be a great team player and have experience of good customer care in a front-line role. Significant attention to detail, coupled with an ability to work with minimal supervision is key, whilst confidence and good general experience with IT equipment and software would be a distinct advantage. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the role
