Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a start up construction business in their search for an Office Administrator. This role will offer progression as the business grows with the ideal person stepping into a management role
Ideally you will need to have worked in a similar role within a fast paced business
Duties include:
* General administration
* Processing invoices and uploading them onto the system
* Completing purchase orders and invoices
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Chasing outstanding invoices via the phone and email
* Supporting the sales team with after sales documents
Ideally you will:
* Have previous experience in Admin/Finance/Accounts
* Have high attention to detail
* Be a problem solver
* Be proficient with Microsoft office
