Job Title: Account Executive Reports to: Research & Development Manager Job Purpose: To ensure that all finished goods stock are ready and available to be despatched in line with customer\u2019s orders and requirements whilst adhering to the Service Level Agreements,(SLA). Role Responsibilities: \u2022 Service Excellence - Translation of customer forecasts and orders into accurate production work instructions - Responsible for raising, processing and managing customer\u2019s orders - Undertake vendor and forecast analysis - Maintain and understand internal and external customers Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Investigate and resolve invoice, credit and customer complaints/queries - Responsible for the smooth and effective organisation of all administration procedures for the business - Use web-based and manual management information system to support all aspects of the customer service function - Ensure customer terms are adhered to and aged stocks are controlled and invoiced accordingly - Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor and maintain raw materials and finished goods to Service Level Agreements parameters - Liaise on relevant product lines being developed, ordered and shipped in line with customer demand - Critical path management to ensure orders are met and timelines adhered to \u2022 Driving Results - Manage department\u2019s Key Performance Indicators to meet agreed targets - Investigate and manage corrective actions which arise from feedback - Identify and highlight opportunities to increase margins/profitability and efficiencies - Highlight opportunities for cost effective production batching - Provide accurate and timely work instructions to production \u2022 Managing Relationships - Develop and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships - Provide support Business Development/Sales function - Attend customer briefings/meetings/reviews Knowledge, skills, experience: - Experience within a B2B Customer Service environment, experience gained within the print packaging industry would be advantageous - Experience of managing and developing relationships with multiple customers - Experience of continuous improvement initiatives/projects - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Good organisational skills and disciplined approach - Good working knowledge of IT software; i.e. Microsoft Office - Self-motivation with the ability to think individually with well-reasoned decision-making qualities - Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced & high-volume manufacturing environment - Ability to react quickly and adapt to change on a daily basis - Flexibility in both thought and action, offering proactive, creative solutions and improvements - Passionate about results and fundamental belief in Health & Safety, Quality, performance and training - Ability to prioritise workload, use own initiative, work within a team as well as work on your own Smurfit Westrock (NYSE:SW) is a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging solutions.
