- THE ROLE -
Ulster University’s Global Engagement Directorate is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated administrator to provide a range of specialist, executive support for the University’s Global Partnerships and Programmes activity. The appointed person will work as a key member of the Global Partnerships and Programmes team and work to deliver University-wide, dedicated oversight and coordination of the University’s international partnership activity.
- ABOUT YOU -
- A good standard of numeracy and literacy as demonstrated by qualifications (minimum GCSE Maths & English at Grade C), or by relevant work experience
- Experience of undertaking administrative activities within a busy office environment, including coordinating diaries, booking, and scheduling resources, planning events, coordinating, and supporting incoming visits, financial transactions, servicing meetings and committees
- High level of proficiency and experience in the use of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience of inputting, maintaining, and reviewing data and databases
- Experience of drafting routine correspondences, papers, and reports
- Experience of working within an international setting demonstrating high levels of intercultural awareness and competency
- Experience of utilising data analysis to aid decision making, including evidence of ability to keep up-to-date with best practice and regulations
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours and travel to other campuses on occasion to meet the needs of the role
