The weekly hours for this role will be scheduled within the times shown in the availability table above. We will schedule your confirmed weekly hours within these times and provide you with 3 weeks’ notice of when your shifts will be. We will discuss your availability and the hours you can work at interview.

If you’re passionate about creating visually eye-catching displays to wow our customers, then this could be the role for you. As a Merchandising Controller, you’ll be responsible for following our merchandising principles to create and maintain store displays that showcase our product ranges and enhance the shopping experience.
Your tasks will include implementing the latest product layouts, working closely with colleagues to ensure displays are attractive and products are available. You should follow display guidelines and use your initiative to make improvements for both colleagues and customers. Additionally, you will assist customers by providing friendly, professional service, answering queries, and offering expert advice to encourage repeat visits.
You’ll need to be flexible to support a seamless customer experience, working where needed most—whether supporting promotional activities, preparing stores for seasonal events, advising customers on the shop floor, or replenishing stock.
No specific experience is required for this role; we value your attitude, pace, and personality. You should be friendly, helpful, comfortable with learning new technology, and eager to do your best.
