Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including recording transactions, managing bank feeds, and reconciling bank accounts. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information. Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related documents. Liaise with clients to resolve queries or issues related to their accounts. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role. Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software. Excellent ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
