What We Are Looking For At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic. Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions. Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper. Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets. Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access. A valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre. Working Hours: Contracted for 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, full-time). Flexible working hours to be agreed with your line manager after training, balancing business needs with your work-life balance. Working hours can be between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break. Example schedules: 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm. Minimum 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your rota.
