Macgregor Black are partnering with a Leading Food Manufacturer on the search for a National Account Manager. This is a permanent remote role with one day a week travel to Yorkshire. As National Account Manager (NAM) you will hold P&L responsibility for key retail customers, where you will develop the relationship and lead commercial negotiations across the portfolio. You will identify opportunities for new business and work strategically with clients to grow the business moving forward. Key Responsibilities P&L Responsibility for key customers within retail Managing commercial negotiation including price increases, NPD and volume/margin increases Develop a long-lasting client relationship across both key and growth accounts Growing existing customers account through strong relationships and customer knowledge, as well as working proactively Identifying new customers and opening conversations to build long last relationships Knowledgeable in trends and market opportunities What we are looking for? Experience in food manufacturing at a NAM level including working with retailers Strong account management skills including negotiations and strategic planning Ability to identify new business opportunities across existing and new clients Proactively working to deliver results for customers Experience of branded and own label products in chilled or frozen categories Knowledge of trends and innovation Salary: Circa £55k Package Location: Remote (1 day per week travel to Yorkshire) Please contact Lauren Waugh for further information.
