We are looking for a Shop Manager to work full time hours per week, to run our High Street-based shop in Ely. Alongside an army of volunteers, you will be a key part of the Ely community and raise vital funds for the care of our patients, their families and loved ones. Our Outstanding-rated care is carried out at our Hospice in Cambridge, Alan Hudson Centre in Wisbech and in patients’ own homes across Cambridgeshire. We have ambitious plans to grow our retail presence across the north of our county so you will play an instrumental part in the development in this area, as well as working alongside retail colleagues across our eight other shops. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys being part of their community, working with a multitude of people, and celebrating the incredible impact of hospice care. Please be aware that our shops operate 7 days a week and the weekly hours will be worked on a rota basis which will include weekends. This role has a starting salary of £24,071, with opportunities to progress to £25,674. Please note that the salary is the full time figure and needs to be pro-rata to part time hours.
