We are recruiting for a 3.5T Drivers to join a well-established and reputable business in Dagenham thats expanding its team!
As a Driver you will be expected to...
- Safely and efficiently operate a our delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Plan routes and navigate to destinations using GPS or maps
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
- Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods on time and in a professional manner
- Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding any issues or changes in delivery schedules
