Job Title: Temporary Fleet Administrator
Duration: 9- 12 Months TBC
Location: On-site, Dafen, Llanelli
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Fleet & Compliance Department based at our Dafen Depot.
Salary: Dependent on experience
Shift: Monday to Friday, every other Saturday

The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, able to work unsupervised, team player, have a CAN DO attitude and pro-active in their approach to tasks.
Specific Key Accountabilities
* Ensure all vehicle records are compliant
* Keep all vehicle records up to date in hard copies and in electronic format
* Apply for VED licences and ensure these are kept up to date
* Input technician's job sheet information electronically and in a timely manner
* Action Vehicle Breakdowns in a timely manner to prevent excessive downtime
* Keep vehicle history in an orderly system
* Deal with all queries in a timely manner
* Ensure Tachograph calibrations are "kept in test"
* Raise all necessary PO's as and when required
* Undertake other duties as directed by the company.

* Excellent computer literacy and experience working with standard

* Ability to manage several projects at once whilst balancing conflicting priorities and requests
