You will initially be engaging with candidates and discussing opportunities, identifying suitability for opportunities and building strong relationships. Reward £13.50 - £14.00 p/h Accrued holiday pay Strong possibility to secure a permanent opportunity Job Role: Sourcing candidates and identifying suitable opportunities which align the candidates Working from an inhouse database, building candidate pipelines which align the relevant sector Making high volume of outbound calls to candidates, interviewing and screening suitability Building out an existing database of potential leads for existing and new clients Skills and experience: Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-based position preferred not essential A passion for connecting with people, someone who naturally builds relationships with ease A go-getter attitude with strong business development and sales skills Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Hungry and driven to achieve targets Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
