The Role
We are looking for a Store Assistant Manager to assist our brand new branch coming soon, Oseyo Birmingham. Training will be conducted in a branch in London until Birmingham store opening. We are looking for a dedicated individual who will be the key figure for overall store operations, passionate about inspiring and engaging the team, also demonstrating brand values and exceptional work ethic.
Day to day duties include:
* Controlling stocking and placing orders
* Providing training to the team
* Assisting basic bookkeeping tasks
* Meeting operational targets and maximising sale
* Organising logistics and sorting deliveries which includes lifting heavy goods
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Completing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
* Reporting on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
* Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
* 40 hours per week excluding break times
