The Ward Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, managing staff performance and development, and overseeing the efficient day-to-day operations of the ward. Address and resolve patient and family concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes. Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
