Role: A life-changing opportunity for a 1yr qualified confident small animal vet to be part of a family-owned, friendly team of 5 vets and 5 nurses. The Role Details:
* 4 or 5 day week & ⅕ weekends. These can be flexible.
* No OOH, on-call or Bank Holidays
* 15min consults

Duties: Case continuity GUARANTEED; they match all clients to ‘their’ vet meaning you remain responsible for the health of their pets for life. With complete clinical autonomy and the support of a dedicated team, their goal is delighting customers. Focus on diagnostic choices and affordability instead of sales targets. Candidate: They are looking for a vet that:

Salary: The salary for this role is between £45,000 - £50,000 p/a depending on experience.
* Up to 20% of salary on target bonus (not sales-based but measurable)
