Job summary Pre-Assessment Clinic are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic HCSW/Admin support. You will assist with face to face pre assessment patient appointments and regularly liaise with patients over the phone/virtually. Support with all administrative duties including: booking clinics, data and audit collection, processing mail, liaising with primary care and work closely with the multi disciplinary team. Health care support work experience is desirable to assist with pre operative swabbing of patients attending appointments. The ideal candidate MUST have the following skills/attributes Administration experience is essential. Healthcare support worker experience is desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are vital in a small team. Professional "can do" attitude.
