Team Leader - Full Time, Permanent 37 hours per week.
Location: Vincent House, Enfield EN3 7FN
As the Team Leader in the ENABLE Recovery Service, your role is crucial in supporting staff offering recovery focused advice, information and structured treatment to Enfield residents, over the age of 18, who are facing problems with drugs and/or alcohol.
Your role will involve working in person and travelling across two locations, supervising a team of practitioners delivering Recovery Services to adults/residents to maximize this opportunity and provide equity of access to drug and alcohol treatment and recovery for Enfield residents.
We offer a range of clinical, therapeutic and recovery interventions, including:
* Substitute prescribing and community alcohol detoxification.
* Providing a range of group programmes and workshops to help people to make positive changes.
* Providing access to funded treatment for detox, residential rehab or structured day programmes.
* Arrest Referral, Court work, ATR, DRR.
* Helping people to improve their health including health & wellbeing sessions, BBV testing/vaccinations, and complementary therapy.
This service is delivered in partnership with NLFT formally known as Barnet, Enfield & Haringey Mental Health Trust.
Ideally you will:
* Have experience of working in services that support people with substance abuse issues.
* Have experience managing a small team.
* Have experience or knowledge of services that support people around drugs and alcohol.
* Have experience of developing new pathways, service relationships and service models.
