Our client is a boutique advisory and strategic communications agency founded over 25 years ago. Their healthcare division is relatively new but with some big client wins under their belt they need an ambitious and entrepreneurial AD to help support their growth.
Offices are in central London, and everyone works hybrid between the office and home.
As the Account Director for our healthcare division, you will lead client relationships and drive PR strategies that shape corporate narratives and support clients’ business goals. You will manage a talented junior team and work collaboratively with clients to deliver impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies for healthcare clients.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* Oversee the creation of engaging content, including press releases, articles, and social media materials.
* Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a PR account handling role, within the healthcare sector.
* Strong understanding of healthcare communications and regulatory environments.
* Strong network of media contacts in the healthcare industry is a plus.
* Experience with corporate and financial comms would be a bonus.
