Their in-house software development group has its own leadership, P&L and Mission. The division helps businesses create better customer interactions to achieve great outcomes for everyone. Their contact centre software is known for its versatility, user-friendly design, and innovations with popular third-party services, all of which facilitate seamless, personalised interactions across every channel that empower contact centres to exceed performance expectations.
They have a portfolio of products which is focussed on the CX environment and over the last 3 years has evolved the model of delivery and revenue creation. Moving the business to a Recurring Revenue status now creates increased opportunity to build their products and value much further.
As such they are now looking for an individual to lead the software development business and take it through the next phase of development, doubling over the next 3 years.
What you will do
* Lead and manage the overall software business, setting organisational company goals and driving sustainable growth.
* Lead financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability, ensuring long-term success.
* Strengthen relationships with existing software partners and actively recruit new strategic partners to expand market reach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, developing tailored account growth strategies to maximise value and retention.
* Support new business development activities crafting high-quality proposal and respond to RFP with compelling value propositions.
* Support partners in their sales efforts, enabling them to position and sell their products effectively.
* Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the product and development teams, ensuring alignment with market demands and emerging trends.
What you will have
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
* Deep understanding of software product management, development lifecycles, and go-to-market strategies.
* Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or enterprise clients in a B2B technology environment.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of Enterprise Sales
