This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This position is for a sales-focused person who is looking to forge a career as a Sales Professional here at Marsh. Upon completion of a structured training programme, you’d primarily be responsible for the acquisition of new clients in our Commercial segment. This requires the profitable acquisition and growth of clients through the delivery of the overall client relationship & development strategy. Within the role, the successful candidate will specialise in the SME segment typically prospecting companies with a minimum turnover of £3m upwards. Your network of prospects will include a focus on two key industry sectors in your designated region.
