Senior Case Manager
Location: Taunton
Contract: £17.71 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the Tenancy and Estates Team effectively prioritizes and manages caseloads of work and responds to housing-related enquiries and actions.
2. Record all contact with customers on the Open Housing System and provide appropriate advice and support to tenancy officers in addressing tenant issues.
3. Manage more complex case work and complaints personally.
4. Work closely with the Case Manager lead to ensure that policies and procedures are written, kept up to date, and fit for purpose.
5. Ensure learning and development of the team.
