Location: Warminster
Salary: Up to £55,000 (including a £5,000 Welcome Bonus)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a specialised 4-bedded EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home in Warminster. Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Care: Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care to achieve excellent outcomes for children.
* Management: Strategic and daily oversight of the home's operations.
* Staff Development: Lead, mentor, and train staff to achieve QCF Level 3 qualifications.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgets and ensure the financial health of the home.
* Safeguarding: Champion the welfare and safeguarding of all children and young people.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years in a senior role within children's services.
* Qualifications:
* Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
* Working towards or have achieved Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People).
* Knowledge: Proficient understanding of children's legislation and safeguarding.
* Leadership: Proactive leader with strong people management skills.
* Financial Acumen: Experience with budget management.
* Mobility: Full driving licence with availability for on-call duties.
