Should you have demonstrable experience in a customer service role engaging directly with the public; have been exposed to a fast paced, collaborative team environment, we would like to hear from you.
We have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to handle the day-to-day processing ofvisa applications & renewals. This will include but not limited to greeting customers, supporting completion and checking of applications, obtaining biometric data and other documentation. You will need to a follow an established and defined filing and administration process, all guided by a computer-based system.
Engagement with applicants and providing a first class, positive service are key. Similarly, handling customer complaints diplomatically and assertively will be imperative.
An enhanced DBS is required as part of the screening process. A copy of your certificate will need to be provided.
