Reporting to the F&B Manager at Red Shores Charlottetown, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting fellow employees as required.
Qualifications
• Requires high school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education.
• Experience in a related field of one or more years in a fast-paced work environment is considered an asset.
• Must be able to work shift work as our business is ever changing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
• Cleans and stores dishes, glassware, and silverware used by food and beverage and ensures that work area is clean and organized at all times.
• Cleans dishes according to standards.
• Cleans and organizes equipment and work area.
• Controls usage of store supplies.
• Notifies supervisor of damage to or problems with equipment.
• Controls the use of dishwashing equipment, feeds detergents, and checks temperature controls.
• Ensures safe and effective use of equipment.
• Adheres to and complies with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials according to MSDS.
