You will be responsible for working with senior leadership to provide financial information and analysis to enable leadership decisions to be made. You will help leadership to use financial information to inform the business strategy. You will p rovide support to the Senior Leadership Team, European Finance Team and Director of Finance - UK in preparing management accounts, KPI and RoI reporting, project analysis and ad hoc tasks. This role will be hands on as well as strategic. Key Responsibilities : Manage the Accounts Payable function. Ensure management accounts are based on and consistent with the underlying transactional information and data sources available within the business. Develop reports and analysis to enable non-finance managers to understand performance and financial implications of decisions being taken. Support with the monthly variance analysis and preparation of internal reporting packs in accordance with the requirements of our senior leadership team and private equity investors. Identify areas of process improvement within the finance function and across the wider business operations. Effective people management with reports. Ensure that all tasks are delivered within the agreed timescales. Essential Qualifications : Recognised accountancy qualification Desired Qualifications : Proven experience in a similar role Proficiency in variance analysis and business partnering Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job details: This is a full time position - 37 hours per week.
