Come to join us What we are looking for We are looking for a Supply chain and Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team based in Redditch and reporting into our Supply chain Lead. This role will be an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate interested in building a career in supply chain or operations field. The successful candidate will be working at the heart of the business and closely with key stakeholders from our commercial, marketing, product, tech and customer services teams. Working days: Tuesday- Saturday KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project management As the business introduces new products, initiatives or changes in service, you will ensure that the project roadmap is followed through effective project management. You will be responsible for the success of the project launch, and the ability to hit deadlines. Effectively communicating operational requirements You will focus on providing an industry-leading customer experience through the reduction of packing, produce and delivery errors, which will be one of your key KPIs. You will work closely with the Head of operations to execute automation projects to assist here, as well as helping with data collection and reporting. Stakeholder management We are always innovating to operate more efficiently and ensure scale is not a barrier to our growth. This requires a continuous search for the very best people, processes, systems and machinery. You will work closely with existing partners and the head of ops to obsess about improving efficiency of our packing process through the introduction of automation.You are A good communicator Proficient with Excel/google sheets and comfortable dealing with complex data A self-starter, able to work independently Solution-oriented - a positive and proactive problem-solver excited by stretch goals and the art of the possible Team-player - excellent collaboration skills supported by strong emotional intelligence Customer focus - a healthy obsession with quality for the end customer Analytics - strong analytical acumen and delivery orientation You will Be responsible for the day-to-day operational processing tasks of recipe box and ready to go orders Work with production to ensure availability of all information to run production efficiently. Be responsible for the day-to-day supply chain coordination activities including supplier queries and goods in issues Work with all suppliers to coordinate orders and delivery schedules. Coordinate the inbound supply chain for dry, fresh and frozen goods - working with our Commercial and Stock Control teams. Ensure deliveries are received correctly by our co-packers - including booking in deliveries and scheduling the Goods-In team to unload trailers. Work with our Quality Control team to ensure that inbound deliveries are correctly received, labelled and that there is clear communication which locations they should be unloaded into. Why us?
