We are currently looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis, who is reliable, conscientious, and dedicated to the success of the business.
As Sales Ledger Clerk you will work in a team of 6 and report into the Sales Ledger Supervisor.

Salary Ledger Clerk Contract
Salary between £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours of work: 9am 5.30pm (Contracted to 37.5 hours per week)
1 hour for lunch
25 days holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays

Sales Ledger Duties include:
Raise high volume of sales invoices
Customer account reconciliations
Opening accounts for new customers and closing account with full reconciliation
Resolving customer queries in terms of accounts discrepancies
Maintain good relationship internal team and externally
Resolve queries and completing task in timely manner
Maintain positive and professional behaviour
Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Experience and IT Skills required:
Excellent data entry skills fast and accurate
Strong attention to detail
Able to meet tight deadlines
Working knowledge of sage 200 & Xero is preferrable
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Highly organised and a completer-finisher'
Strong numerical skills
Good communication skills
A problem solver and taking responsibility with own initiative.
