Legal Assistant - Conveyancing

We are seeking a Legal Assistant with a focus on Conveyancing to join our client'steam. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 6 months of experience in conveyancing. The role involves supporting a conveyancing solicitor with registrations, opening files, and various secretarial duties. This is a brand new role created due to company growth, with immediate interviews available for a New Year start.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Assist in handling conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
* Support the conveyancing solicitor by preparing and managing legal documents and files.
* Perform general secretarial duties including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
* Ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations related to conveyancing.
* Maintain and organise files to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a conveyancing role.
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
