Receptionist/Administrator
£12.80 per hour
Immediate start for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator based in Warwick. Working as part of the reception/admin team you will support with a variety of duties including:
* Manage front of house duties, welcoming staff and visitors with professionalism.
* Provide administrative support to Head Office and Operational Teams as required.
* Handle incoming calls and visitor management, including sign-in/out processes.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and related administration tasks.
* Maintain office tidiness and replenish supplies as necessary.
* Assist with invoicing and purchase order tracking within the Admin Office.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative support role.
* Efficient, organised, and self-motivated approach, able to multi-task effectively.
* Good IT skills, particularly with MS Outlook, Word, Excel
* Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of confidentiality.
* Comfortable being first point of contact for visitors.
* Successful candidate will need to pass DBS check
Hours of work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:30 – 17:30 worked in rotation.
