We are looking for a Bookkeeper with Payroll to join our Client in a Well-Established Finance Team .
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Calculating wages, recording work hours, handling staff expenses, tax calculations, and delivering pay slips. This may involve managing inquiries related to employee salaries and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
* Recording financial data in general ledgers, producing balance sheets and income statements, and collecting transaction details.
* Processing invoices, supplier payments, and managing sales and purchase ledgers.
* Ensuring that the company’s financial records align with bank statements to maintain accuracy.
* Managing outstanding debts and ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in payroll processing, accounting, or HR.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.
* Knowledge of payroll regulations.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
