Job summary
The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide support to the Patient Pathway Coordinator (PPC) in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a pilot program providing a single point of access for ENT patients across South West London. These posts will be based at Kingston Hospital but involve working with colleagues across South West London to provide a smooth and efficient process for patients requiring access to ENT services across the sector.
