Our client, a well-regarded academy in Essex, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Psychology to join their dynamic and supportive Humanities and Social Sciences department as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring Psychology lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
* Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with curriculum expectations.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports academic and personal growth.
* Contribute to departmental planning and extra-curricular opportunities.
* Monitor and support student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where necessary.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent overseas qualification.
* Have experience teaching Psychology at GCSE and A-Level.
* Be enthusiastic, innovative, and committed to raising student achievement.
* Possess excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Be a reflective practitioner with a drive for continuous improvement.
