A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Muller Yogurt & Desserts Commercial team as a National Account Executive working on our Booker & Tesco accounts, at our Market Drayton Headoffice. There’s a real appetite for our Müllerlicious products out there. As a National Account Executive, you’ll satisfy growing demand and build sustainable win-win business with key national retailers. We’ll be looking to you to grow our business profitably across your designated key accounts and support the delivery of budgeted volume & profit targets for the given customer accounts by cultivating superior customer relationships. Your challenge for the National Account Executive: - Take ownership for and manage your designated retail account relationships with the support of the Senior National Account Manager by creating demand through key retail partners. Key measure is driving distribution points through the retailers’ route to market. Provide timely, accurate and up to date EPOS data, forecast and commercial reporting into the account team and wider business drawing insights, highlighting risks and opportunities and making recommendations for growth. Manage the forecasting and promotional planning activity for the retailer accounts ensuring accurate, up to date, insight led volume assumptions and correct funding is applied- using TPM tool. Prepare Business Reviews in collaboration with the wider team to ensure alignment on messaging and commentary, in order to get the help needed from the business to drove profitable growth in the retailer accounts. Management of Customer Systems, Data & Invoice query resolution - maintain accurate customer systems and work with OTC commercial finance to resolve invoicing issues. Key skills & experience for the National Account Executive: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Must have previous experience in a Sales role. Strong Analytical skills. PC literate (advanced Excel and Powerpoint). Proven sales relationship, selling & negotiation skills. Demonstrable evidence of project management capability. Full UK driving license. Soft skills: - Confident, Results driven, relationship builder, visionary and creative, high attention to detail, able to work under pressure, tenacious, strong team player, flexible and adaptable.
