Aftersales Advisor required. Our client specializes in Agricultural machinery as well as 4x4 vehicles with a full knowledge and understanding from manufacturers such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt and Valtra, Manitou, Isuzu, Amazone, HM Trailers, Can-Am and Spearhead. They are now looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join the team in their Horsham Branch which is one of the numerous branches they have over the South East. This is a 100% office-based role.
Aftersales Advisor Position Overview
* Professionally communicate with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of customer issues.
* Produce job cards and update customers and machine records.
* Prepare and complete invoices, advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
* Liaise with technicians about parts ordering to ensure requisite parts are available and communicate any time restrictions to customers in a timely manner.
* Liaise with customers to schedule in breakdowns, repairs, services, and follow up on customer service satisfaction.
* General housekeeping to ensure yard, workshop, showroom, and office areas are tidy.
* Answer telephone service enquiries with the ability to action customers' requirements or even advise customers over the phone and in person.
* Up-selling of VHC and service plans.
* Isuzu warranty claim prior approval and claim submission.
* Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
* Ensure the company's Health and Safety policies are always followed.
* Evening and weekends on rota.
Aftersales Advisor Position Requirements
* Previous experience within an agricultural machinery or automotive aftersales environment or similar and in a similar position.
* Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner essential.
* Experience working with the Ibcos Gold system would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Aftersales Advisor Position Remuneration
* Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 an hour
* Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday in the winter and 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in the summer
