Your responsibilities will include: Leading daily operations of the service department to meet performance targets Providing guidance and mentorship to junior service advisors Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their service needs Troubleshooting issues and addressing client concerns efficiently Preparing accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance Coordinating with technicians to ensure high-quality and timely service Hours: 45 hours per week Salary: £31,000 plus OTE Bonus Requirements The successful candidate will have: Extensive experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in automotive service processes and repair knowledge Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with service management software A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Passionate about customer service and looking to make a difference?
