Are you looking for a new challenge or the next step in your career? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3.4U Senior Inspection Coordinator to join our team.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating subsea inspection activities both onshore and offshore, ensuring all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to technical solutions during the tendering process, support project planning, and reporting.
The key responsibilities within this role:
1. Develop and manage inspection scopes and task plans based on project requirements.
2. Coordinate with online inspection teams, ROV teams, survey personnel, and clients to ensure smooth execution of inspection activities.
3. Schedule and allocate tasks among inspection personnel for efficient operation.
4. Ensure inspection tasks are carried out as per client-specified standards and procedures (e.g., IMCA, DNV, ABS).
5. Review live and recorded inspection media for quality assurance and anomaly identification.
6. Ensure accurate data entry into inspection systems (e.g., NEXUS, Integrity Elements) and maintain inspection logs.
7. Perform QC on inspection data and compile inspection reports.
8. Be responsible for inspection data management on the vessel and transfer of data ashore.
9. Ensure all inspection activities are conducted in compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
10. Report offshore progress, activities and issues to onshore Lead Inspection Coordinator.
11. Other duties as agreed by the Offshore Manager or Inspection Team Lead.
The key qualifications and skills we are looking for:
1. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of survey principles and marine survey techniques.
3. Extensive offshore experience in a 3.4U role or equivalent.
4. Valid OGUK Medical and BOSIET/FOET/HUET certification.
5. Proven experience in planning and coordinating offshore ROV inspection projects.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage activities within an offshore inspection team.
7. Expertise in inspection data acquisition and reporting.
8. Proficiency with inspection software and MS Office applications.
9. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
