Solution Architect – Hybrid working based out of London – Up to £90K La Fosse is seeking experienced Solution Architects to join our client's expanding team. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary consultancy teams in customer-facing advisory positions and throughout the entire systems delivery lifecycle. As part of a dynamic and growing business, you will also contribute to internal process improvements and mentor junior team members. Security clearance at SC level is required, with some roles requiring DV clearance. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to business and technology transformation programs within the public sector, particularly in National Security, Law Enforcement, or Healthcare. Shape solutions, programs, and engineering delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure system designs meet both functional and non-functional requirements while following best engineering practices. Address information security, data privacy, and governance challenges across public sector projects. Support migration from on-premises environments to cloud-native architectures on AWS or Azure. Apply systems engineering methodologies and agile delivery approaches such as SAFe. Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior staff. Required Skills & Experience End-to-end systems development lifecycle experience delivering secure solutions on AWS or Azure. Proficiency in UML and other modeling notations, with experience using tools like Enterprise Architect. Strong understanding of cloud-based solution architecture and migration strategies. Expertise in systems engineering methodologies and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe). Excellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities (both written and verbal). Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working to tight deadlines. Location & Working Arrangement The role is based in Vauxhall, London, with a mix of office-based, remote, and client-site work (primarily in London, with occasional travel across the UK).
