Contracts Manager Are you an established, experienced Electrical Contracts professional looking for a more senior role with the opportunity for progression? They are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in the Northeast. As a Contracts Manager, your day-to-day duties will include: Organising and management of temporary site services, electrical and mechanical projects within a construction environment. Ensuring works are completed in line with the health and safety policy. Procurement of labour, materials and plant to complete site-based activities. Value engineering of existing projects to maximise margins. Preparation of risk assessments and method statements. Manage all day-to-day operational aspects of the project. Regular internal reviews of projects with the Commercial team. Regular site visits / inspections. Building on existing relationships with client base to help secure additional works. Prepare and submit costs for additional works with the specification of the client and the technical expertise of the company. Able to mentor and develop the existing team of staff and operatives. Essential Skills: Previous electrical experience Good understanding of the electrical test and inspection procedures. Ability to deliver a project on time and within budget. Take ownership of your projects and deal with any operational problems professional and efficiently. Good numerical skills Experience of large projects Good interpersonal skills Live within commuting distance to Eaglescliffe.
