ITS Resourcing is working with a growing IT services organisation near Tamworth to source several support analysts. You will provide 1st & 2nd line technical support for customers, primarily over the phone/remote desktop services. This is an exciting opportunity to get on board with a growing organisation where plenty of progression and learning will be on offer. The successful candidate must be flexible regarding shift patterns and be able to commute to their Tamworth offices.
Responsibilities within the role will include:
* 1st/ 2nd line support for incoming IT-related issues through the organisation's ticket system
* Maintain a high level of 1st-time fix rates, providing support via telephone, email and remote desktop services
* Managing your own call queue within specified SLA’s
* Ensuring all relevant data is captured and the ticketing system / internal CRM is fully completed
* Provide an excellent level of customer service to internal and external customers
Requirements of the position:
* Experience working within an IT Services business and/or a fast-paced Service Desk environment
* Good knowledge of Active Directory (inc. Group Policy) and Windows OS
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange (2010 & 2013) and Office 2010/2013/2016
* Ideally, having some exposure to Windows Server, Backup solutions and basic networking exposure would be beneficial
Package / further role details:
* 40 hours per week, 8-hour working shifts;
* Starting salary of up to £26,000 basic
* Industry training and exams paid for
* Lots of progression & learning are available with this business
* Must be able to commute to Tamworth – role will move to a hybrid role after probation
