Human Resources Manager About the Role I am currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join a well-established educational organisation at a time of growth and development. This is a newly created role and offers the chance to make a real impact, working within a dynamic environment that supports young people with autism and other learning differences. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the HR function for the designated provisions, ensuring a professional and effective service. Maintain rigorous safeguarding and compliance standards, ensuring inspection readiness at all times. Provide expert support on employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, and absence management. Empower and support line managers to handle HR processes confidently and in compliance with policies and legal requirements. Navigate a fast-paced, complex organization with professionalism and resilience. Deliver training and guidance to develop leadership capabilities across teams. About You This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will have: Proven experience in managing an HR function. Strong knowledge of employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and supporting staff wellbeing. A passion for developing and supporting managers to uphold best HR practices. A commitment to safeguarding and compliance, ensuring policies and procedures align with regulatory standards. Personal resilience, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt in a complex organization. Experience with Ofsted and CQC (desirable but not essential).
