What the Job Entails:
Lead global sales and business development to drive revenue growth.
Build and manage channel partner networks using data-driven strategies.
Develop strategic sales methodologies, leveraging CRM & PRM tools.
Drive forecasting and performance tracking through key metrics and insights.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Operations.
Manage, mentor, and grow high-performing sales teams worldwide.
Contribute to M&A and corporate development strategies.
What You Bring:
✔ Must have a degree in Engineering (Ideally Electronics or Computer Science)
✔10+ years of senior sales & business development experience in global B2B technology.
✔ Proven track record in channel partner management, forecasting, and strategy execution.
✔ Strong leadership experience, including managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
✔ A collaborative mindset to build cross-functional relationships at the executive level.
✔ Passion for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and global expansion.
Nice to have:
➕ Experience in telecom, data centres, cloud computing, or electronics test & measurement.
➕ Deep knowledge of networking technologies.
➕ Previous executive leadership experience.
