Workshop Controller - Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes-Benz Stevenage Retail Centre is actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join their ever-growing automotive family. If you are as passionate about cars as they are, then we'd love to welcome you to the team.
The Job
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop, ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets. You will assist the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels.
About You
You will ideally have Workshop Controller experience within the automotive industry; however, the business would also consider your application if you are a senior technician looking for the next step in your career or a service advisor.
You will have a full UK Driving Licence, be able to work independently and as part of a team, work to timescales effectively, and have a keen eye for detail. You will possess great communication skills and a passion for delivering fantastic customer service.
On Offer
Basic salary of £34,000 per annum with an opportunity to earn a bonus taking your salary up to £41,000.
Hours of work: 0800-1730 Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a Rota 0800-1230.
