The Role
As an Agricultural Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include:
Warranty and Service Administration
* Managing warranty input and claims, ensuring deadlines are met and records are accurate.
* Conducting warranty audits and coordinating part returns in line with company procedures.
* Administering extended warranties for all brands.
* Liaising with the Service Manager regarding ongoing claims and unresolved issues.
Invoicing and Reporting
* Processing and finalising invoices for retail, warranty, and internal jobs, ensuring margins are maintained.
* Generating weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
* Collaborating with the accounts team to resolve coding and debt queries.
