As Data Discovery Manager within Data Solutions, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts whose aim is to provide understanding of new or emerging issues and data mining on a variety of datasets to understand the art of the possible in relation to our data. You will also be responsible for advanced analytics solutions within CSG which includes data science models and methodologies as well as more traditional analytical approaches to design and deliver new data solutions and metrics." - Head of Data Solutions. What you'll do: Creation and ownership of data discovery roadmap by working with senior CSG stakeholders to understand key gaps in our data Lead on the discovery of new data, new methodologies and new applications of existing data to solve sophisticated business challenges. This includes advanced analytics capabilities such as data science models and methods Lead on the creation of actionable, data-led analytical solutions to answer key questions from stakeholders in engaging or innovative ways and demonstrate value to the business Ensure relevant data and analytical support for key business improvement activities by providing key views in collaboration with other data teams, and developing these in line with business priorities Develop automated methods and processes for team to understand of new or emerging issues i.e. what has changed? what is new?
