Communication skills, active listening, patience, resilience, problem solving, time management, teamwork, empathy National 5 or above in Maths and English are the only academic attainment entry requirement to join us on the programme.\nYou must be aged 17 or over at start of the programme in September 2025, no longer in full-time education and eligible to work in the UK.\nAny experience or qualifications which reflect customer services would be desirable
